These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, the e-shop, the purchase and licensing of digital artworks ("Products").

By accessing the website or purchasing Products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase the Products.

1. Product Description
I offer digital artworks for sale, which are delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
Each Product includes a personal license type, which determines how you may legally use the artwork. A personal license is a permission to use a product or intellectual property for your own, non-commercial purposes, without the right to transfer or share it with others, or use it for business.
2. Licensing Description - Intellectual Property
When you purchase a digital artwork, you are not buying ownership of the intellectual property (IP). You are purchasing a limited license to use the artwork under the terms of the selected license.
The copyright and all intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the respective artist/licensor Nitromi Galien.
2.1 License Type
Personal Use License
It allows use of the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Permitted Uses:
• Printing for home décor
• Personal social media (with attribution, unless otherwise noted)
• Personal digital devices or profiles
Prohibited Uses:
• Commercial gain
• Use in client projects or advertising
• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the original artwork files
• Use the artwork in unlawful, defamatory, or offensive ways
• Use the artwork in AI training, machine learning, or blockchain minting
• Claim copyright or authorship over the artwork
3. Payment & Delivery
• All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal service.
• After purchase, you will receive a download link or email confirmation with access to the digital file(s). No physical products will be shipped, all digital products are delivered electronically.
• Ensure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to user error.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods and personal licensing, returns and refunds will be provided only under specific conditions.
If the digital product is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. In this case, please contact me.
5. Ownership & Copyright
All Products are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the original artist/licensor Nitromi Galien.
6. Attribution
Attribution is required for personal licenses, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
7. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to my website and Products without prior notice for violations of these Terms. Licenses may be revoked if terms are breached.
8. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or Products after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
